Do you love to play padel and socialize with like-minded people?
Welcome to one of Europe's best training hotels, Playitas resort. We bring with us the super coach Mauri Andrini who has dedicated most of his life to Padel.

During a packed week at Playitas, you get to experience varied training of the highest quality, always interspersed with sun, swimming, good food, parties, entertainment and relaxation.

PadelFitnessWeek is a part of International Fitness & FunWeek organized by AerobicWeekends Sweden & Playitas. During the week, you have the chance to get to know lots of people and have fun together with other padel and training enthusiasts, mostly from the Nordics. This is a world-class training camp that gives you both strength, knowledge and motivation.

During the week we will help you develop your padel game. We focus on technique and tactics. It is close to the beach, so a dip in the sea or the pool after a few sweaty padel hours is welcome. During the week we will also have a lecture to develop and train your padel, training and health.

During the week we will help you develop your padel game. We focus on technique and tactics in daily classes in the Padel Academy with Mauri Andrini, interspersed with games to practice different match situations. The week ends of course with a fun tournament - PlayitasTour of Padel!

Fitness training for Padel
Coach Gyula with team will give you special designed fitness training for a more efficient and sustainable padel carrier. You will get exercises with a padel focus for better strength, stability, endurance, mobility, coordination and speed.

It is close to the beach, so a dip in the sea or the pool after a few sweaty padel hours is welcome. During the week we will also have lectures to develop and educate your padel, training and health.

A wide range of training & fitness activities
In addition to padel, there is a massive smorgasbord with lots of fun group training where you can freely choose according to your taste. The range is large with upwards of 20 classes a day and more than 130 leader-led classes a week. It's training for all levels with training sessions, lectures, workshops and activities from the morning to the night. Classic training sessions are mixed with new concepts and forms of training.
For example, you can choose between classic training sessions such as Aerobics, Step, Pilates, Core, Aqua fitness and strength training as well as dance classes such as DanZy, Zumba and Afro dance. You can also participate in functional and strength-based classes such as Functional Training, Cross Fitness, X-Cord, Bootcamp, Circuit Training and HIT. Calmer sessions such as yoga, Qi-gong and Stretch & Relax are offered daily.

Who can come along?
The trip is suitable from active beginners (from the match scale 2–3 and up) to a good exerciser and also competitive players. It is great to travel together in a group or family. If not everyone wants to play padel, there is the opportunity to train a lot of other things with Fitness & Funweek. Apollo offers a children's club where you can leave the children between the sweaty training sessions. This is also a trip where several people travel alone and meet new friends with whom they have great fun and create lifelong memories.

Mauri started playing padel when he was 6 years old at "Club Atlético San Martín" in the city of Pehuajó, Argentina, with a great coach "Martin Pato Estruch" who was also the first coach of Fernando Belasteguín (BELA world number one for 16 years) who also was born in Pehuajó city.

The Argentinian has been a professional padel player at the very highest level and is now a prominent trainer for Hello Padel Academy, which he runs together with his wife.
What most characterizes Mauri is his humor and laughter that accompany him in everything he does. His dream is to spread padel to all possible parts of the world. @mauriandrini

Fitness Specialist
Personal trainer, masseuse, coach and multi-athlete with more than 20 years of experience! Trainer with functional training, athlete training, crossfit, weightlifting and fitness as a specialty. Gyula not only coaches others, but has actively competed himself in e.g. Crossfit, Weightlifting, Mens Physique, Kettlebells, Discus and Triathlon. As his best merits, he has i.a. a 2nd place at the WC in Kettebells and the branch "One Hand Snatch" and still today holds the official Swedish senior record in the branch and winner of the NPC Eastern USA Championships in Mens Physique masters 50+. Gyula is also a valued trainer, course leader and presenter on training trips and events organized via Apollo and Aerobicweekends and goes to, among others, Playitas and Turkey.
