Henrik Bramsved - Sweden
Henrik is an international presenter, educator, and health promoter, as well as the founder of AerobicWeekends Sweden and International Fitness & FunWeeks. He is an AFAA-certified instructor and one of Sweden’s most accomplished group fitness profiles, with multiple national and Nordic championship titles and international merit from World Cup and World Championships in sports aerobics.

With over 30 years of experience, Henrik has educated and coached group fitness instructors internationally. He specializes in core stability training, functional fitness, back health, and choreographed group exercise.

Malena Kindgren - Sweden
Malena Kindgren is the owner and founder of Sporthuset in Surahammar, as well as an experienced fitness professional in group training and health. She has a long background in the industry as an instructor and coach, and is known for her energy, commitment, and dedication to creating an inclusive training environment for all levels. Malena has also been nominated for the Guldhjärtat Awards several years in a row, including in the category Instructor of the Year.

Ako ”el Toro” Rahim - Sweden
Ako Rahim is a Swedish coach, former elite athlete, and fitness personality with over 20 years of experience in training and performance. He has a background in multiple combat sports and competitive fitness disciplines, including winning a World Championship in Athletic Fitness and several national titles. Today, he works as an online coach focusing on sustainable results through individualization, structure, and long-term development. Ako is also known from TV4’s Gladiators, where he competed as the gladiator “Toro,” and he runs his own brand within training and nutrition.

Malin Berg - Sweden
Malin Berg is a public health scientist and experienced movement educator with nearly 20 years of work as an instructor. She specializes in floor-based, explorative movement where control, flow, and presence come together. Through her concepts and trainings, including Inner Strength and MoveLab, she creates experience-based formats that combine training, awareness, and curiosity in movement.
Fernando Brito - Chile & Sweden
Fernando is an international presenter, trained physical education teacher, S.A.F.E certified instructor, and licensed Zumba instructor. He is a two-time Swedish champion in aerobics and has extensive experience as a presenter in countries such as Chile, Brazil, Italy, Spain, and Sweden. Fernando is known for his high-energy classes where he blends training and dance, and he tours across Sweden with his signature Latin-inspired sessions that turn workouts into a party. He is a highly appreciated educator at international training weeks and fitness events.

Jenni Häkkä - Finland
Jenni is a physiotherapist specializing in women’s health with a holistic approach to the body, where function, recovery, and strength come together. She works with everything from pregnancy and postpartum care to pelvic floor health and functional rehabilitation. In addition to her clinical work, Jenni also teaches classes ranging from dance to functional training.

Licensed Group Training Instructor in functional training, HIT, Crossfitness, bootcamp. In her daily life, she works as a self-defense trainer in the correctional system.

Peter ”Lillen” Larsson - Sweden
Trained STAC elite trainer, PT and fitness trainer with many years of experience in training for athletes, sports teams and exercisers. In everyday life, Peter runs the training facility Sporthuset in Surahammar where he uses his cutting-edge expertise and passionate interest in supporting and optimizing people's physical function and creating injury-free, functional and strong individuals. You will meet Peter at Bootcamp, circuit training and other functional sessions, among other things.
